For anyone considering using a geo-thermal heating and cooling system and having Brian Park of P.C.I. Geothermal install it, we would say "Go for it! No holds barred!" We are very happy with the system and know Brian is always on the other end of the line when we have questions.
We found Brian and his crew to be very knowledgeable and also very patient with people who are technologically challenged! Brian is very conscientious; he provided prompt and efficient service during the installation process, and he continues to provide prompt follow-up when we call with yet another "technologically challenged" question.
Brian is also involved in establishing benchmarks for the development of a certification process for companies and operators who install geothermal systems. This is a government initiative intended to protect citizens from fly-by-night operators who give the geothermal idea a bad name. Brian has accepted this responsibility because he believes in the idea of renewable resources and in giving individuals an opportunity to access those resources as a personal way of contributing to the cleaning up of earth’s atmosphere, one step at a time.
We will continue to discuss the idea of geo thermal heating systems with our clients who are involved in long term planning for their museums and historic sites. While they may think the initial installation/capital investment is high, they will be happy with the ongoing operational costs which will continue to remain low in comparison to the rising costs of natural gas.
